At the event:
Please remind your students not to enter areas not designated for festival use. Other than the sanctuary, they will be guided to warm up and clinic and changing rooms and will be directed to the appropriate restrooms designated for our use.
Please review the “no’s” with your students. For your convenience, a Do’s and Don’ts page is attached to this email.
- no food/drink other than water in the sanctuary
- no gum
- no texting during performances
- cell phones and/or watches on “silent”
- no writing on or removal of items in the hymnal racks
After your clinic:
- When listening to other performances, please limit the number of items brought into the sanctuary.
- Leave large items like backpacks in your bus or van.
- Utilize chaperones as needed to secure smaller items.
