Westwood Choirs End-of-Year Banquet

Students and Parents –

As announced earlier this afternoon, all RRISD after-school activities have been cancelled for the evening, due to the impending weather situation.

This includes our scheduled Banquet.

After coordination with members of the Booster Club Executive Officers and students in 7th period, we have rescheduled the event to Tuesday, May 13th, in either the Choir Room or the Cafeteria, pending facilities approval.

FURTHER ACTION:

Students – please complete the [RSVP form] by Friday, May 9th at 4:00 PM.
Parents – we will open the portal for parent tickets later today. Any prior ticket purchases will carry forward, and anyone who wishes to add tickets can also do so.

Dinner Menu (Provided by Olive Garden):
• Lasagna Classico
• Fettuccine Alfredo
• Fresh Garden Salad
• Warm Breadsticks
• Tiramisu for Dessert
• Refreshing Lemonade

Ticket Information:
• Free for all Westwood Choir students
• $30 per guest (family or friends) for dinner
• Please purchase tickets in advance through the choir website [purchase tickets Here] to join us for the meal. Tickets must be purchased by Friday May 8th at 11am
• Attendance is welcome without a ticket; however, only ticket holders will be served dinner.
