Meeting – 2026.01.28
Greetings, parents and students – beginning in classes today, we have started rolling out conversations with students about the upcoming Spring Choir Trip, scheduled for April 24-26.
On Wednesday evening, January 28th at 6pm, we will hold a Trip Information meeting, during which we will provide opportunities for questions, discussion, and information to follow as we roll out the registration process.
Tomorrow (1/23) – an email will be sent with a preliminary “Letter of Intent” form to gather a general picture of who intends to join us for this event.
I am waiting on a finalized one page handout to attach to this email, so please accept my apology for the delay – the intention was to have that sent today, but I am waiting on clarity on one very specific detail with our travel company, which should be back to me tomorrow morning.
