Having a career that has spanned 24 years, Rodney Chapman has been the Director of Choral Activities at 11 different schools from Elementary through High School. A performer by heart, his performance journey began with singing at age 5 and playing the piano by age 8. He continued his path of performing throughout his entire education process in Pinellas County, FL, where he graduated from Clearwater High School. He earned his BA in Music Education while attending Florida State University. He has conducted choruses ranging from elementary to high school, as well as several community and church organizations throughout many of the United States. He has traveled throughout the United States singing Classical, Broadway, and Contemporary Christian music for 9 years with concert pianist Marvin Goldstein. Rodney has directed and performed in such musicals as “Guys and Dolls”, “Gypsy”, and “Women of the Year” and “I Love You, Your Perfect, Now Change!”. Some of Rodney’s personal interests include writing/arranging music, studio work, kayaking, staying physically active and singing all the time.
